You might be here because you are tired of the way things are, and you’ve decided to change status quo.
Or maybe things are okay, but not the way you want them to be for much longer.
It’s always powerful to ask ourselves what is not right.
Identifying what we are not happy with is the only way to start changing around.
So today, I’d like you to think about this:
What are the 10 things you find “not satisfying” about your current (or your last) job?
Do some tasks make you feel frustrated, sad, fearful, heavy?
Are there tasks that you procrastinate on? Which ones?
Be as specific as possible.
Because when you know what you don’t want, the possibility of getting what you do want is so much greater.
Write your answers down in this worksheet that I have created for you. You can download it here.
Ue the notes section in the worksheet and write down things about your life that you know don’t make you happy or that you are not satisfisfied with.
The 2 reasons why it’s a good thing to acknowledge the things you hate about your job are:
1) It helps you acknowledge your feelings, and break free from the numbness.
2) It helps you identify what you don’t like. It takes courage to be honest with yourself, but when you know what you don’t want and what you want to change, you can actually start making change.
You have the power to change your circumstances.
Never, ever doubt that.
Happy coffee break,
